The Bichon Frise Club of Northern New Jersey worked the Bichon Frise table at the AKC Meet the Breeds event at the Javits Center in New York City on February 7 & 8, 2026. There were 150 different Breeds, demonstrations, activities for the kids, food, friends and fun! It might have been below freezing outside, but it was still attended by over 30,000 visitors! Special shout out to our members for working the booth with their precious pups – Diane Capone, Diane Cianfrano, Christina & Andrew Garino, Angie & Jim O’Mara, Xiuying Li & Z, Joni & Ken Friedman, Karen Graeber, Jen Celeste, and of course our fearless coordinator – Danelle Garino!
